Polish municipalities advance local spatial planning processes

Local governments in Poland are advancing spatial planning processes. In Nowy Dwór, the deadline for public consultations regarding the draft local spatial management plan has been extended to October 23, 2026. Interested parties can submit comments electronically, by mail, or in person at the municipal office.

In Sulejów, the municipality is working on a new mandatory general plan intended to replace previous land use studies. The draft is currently undergoing review by various statutory institutions. Once this procedure is complete, public consultations will begin, allowing residents to submit motions and participate in discussions regarding zoning and land use functions.
