Polish municipalities announce property sales and lease listings

The mayor of Żabno (PL) issued a public list of properties slated for sale, lease or grant. One parcel in Niedomice (0.0108 ha) is to be sold without tender for 9,672 zł, while a larger 2.789 ha plot in Morzychnie is offered through an open oral tender with a starting price of 2,050,000 zł plus VAT. The sale includes the creation of a paid road easement to provide public access.

The municipal office of Wołomin (PL) posted a 21‑day notice of properties that the gmina intends to rent out, attached to Mayor’s Ordinance No. 177/2026 dated 22 July 2026. The list is available on the town’s bulletin board and website for interested tenants.
