Polish municipalities announce real estate auctions

Municipalities in Poland have announced upcoming real estate auctions for local properties.

In Choszczno, an amendment has been made to the first unlimited oral auction for a plot of land measuring 0.0731 hectares. The update specifies that the developed property is included in the Municipal Register of Monuments.

In Galewice, the local government is holding an auction for a plot of land measuring 0.1005 hectares in Biadaszki, which includes a 157m2 utility building. The starting price is set at 87,100.00 PLN, with the auction scheduled for September 15, 2026.
