Polish municipalities announce real estate leasing opportunities

Local government authorities in Poland have released notices regarding the availability of municipal properties for lease and rental.

In Koniusza, the municipality has listed real estate for lease without a tender for a period of up to three years. The property located in Posądza includes a 0.1-hectare plot and two warehouse buildings totaling 532 square meters, intended for service and commercial activities. The lease includes monthly rates for warehouse buildings and the land, subject to VAT.

In Giżycko, the municipal office has announced a non-residential premises for rent located on Dąbrowskiego Street. The 131.65 square meter space, which includes service rooms, offices, and storage areas, is designated for use in the healthcare sector. The rental rate is set at 7.00 PLN net per square meter per month, with potential annual increases based on GUS inflation indices.
