Polish municipalities announce renewable energy subsidy programs
Several Polish municipalities have announced new subsidy programs for renewable energy and heat source replacements scheduled for late 2026.
The Teresin Municipality has opened an application period from October 16 to October 31, 2026, for residents seeking grants to replace heat sources. This initiative, co-financed by the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, aims to reduce CO2 emissions and promote environmentally friendly energy carriers.
Additionally, the OZE 2.0 project, covering Tarnowskie Góry, Bobrowniki, and Świerklaniec, is launching its third supplementary call for applications from October 30 to November 18, 2026. This large-scale project, valued at over 128 million PLN, offers up to 85 percent funding for installations such as heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and biomass boilers.
