Polish municipalities announce sales of hospital and Baltic‑coast plots
The Powiat (county) of Racibórz is preparing to sell two parcels adjoining the Regional Hospital in Racibórz. One parcel (1.4303 ha) contains the former hospital boiler house and the other (0.8804 ha) the former hospital laundry. Both plots are listed in the local spatial development plan, fall within an archaeological heritage zone and have received approval from the Silesian Voivodeship Heritage Conservator. Buyers may receive a 50 % price reduction, subject to council consent. The boiler‑house plot’s former usage right was removed by the district court on 17 April 2026, while the laundry plot awaits relinquishment of its usage right by the hospital director.
The city of Kalisz (West Pomeranian voivodeship) has put two investment‑grade parcels in Rusinowo, about 600 m from the Baltic Sea, up for sale. Combined they cover roughly 4.4 ha and are priced at over 21.6 million zł. The tender will be held on 23 September 2026 at the city office. The land is fully serviced and zoned for tourism development, allowing construction of guesthouses, holiday homes and campsites. The offering targets investors interested in expanding the coastal tourism infrastructure near the popular Jarosławiec beach.
