Polish municipalities auction land for residential and service development

Several Polish municipalities are auctioning land parcels for residential and service development.

Gdańsk is selling three plots totaling 3,813 square meters on Jacka Malczewskiego Street in the Siedlce district. The starting price is 8.5 million PLN gross. The local spatial management plan designates the area for residential and service construction. Officials noted that the terrain is steeply sloped and contains areas potentially at risk of landslides. The auction is scheduled for October 26, 2026.

In Zduńska Wola, the city is auctioning three separate properties. One plot on Jodłowa Street (944 sqm) is designated for single-family housing with a starting price of 137,000 PLN. A second plot on Paprockiej Street (1,753 sqm) is intended for service use with residential allowance, starting at 240,000 PLN. A third plot on Sieradzka Street (1,435 sqm) is zoned for services, with a starting price of 99,000 PLN. These auctions are set for October 14, 2026.
