Polish municipalities Jaworzno and Warsaw's Wawer launch major land sale tenders
The city of Jaworzno announced a public tender to sell a former mining and quarry site of more than 20 hectares located at Jana Pawła II and Radwańskich streets. The land has been valued at over 27 million złoty and is slated for redevelopment under a new zoning plan that favors service‑oriented urban use, including a public park and green buffers.
In Warsaw’s Wawer district, two municipal parcels on Brodnicka Street (numbers 60 and 62/2) covering 555 m² and 1,127 m² are being offered for sale by public auction. The tender is scheduled for 23 June 2026, with required documentation and a bid deposit due by 16 June. The location combines suburban tranquility with good city‑center connectivity, making the sites attractive for residential or commercial investors.
