Polish municipalities Kotla and Galewice announce property sales via public tender

The Gmina (municipality) of Kotla issued two separate oral tenders for the sale of real‑estate. One tender concerns plot 850/2 located on Parafialna 2, with a starting price of 96,800 zł, while the second concerns apartment 5 on the first floor of a multi‑family building at Słoneczna 9, priced at 150,000 zł. Both tenders are scheduled for 19 August 2026 and interested parties can obtain further information by calling 76 8318 361 ext. 52.

The Gmina of Galewice also published an announcement for the sale of a built‑up property with a farm building situated in the Biadaszki area. The sale will be conducted through an unlimited oral tender, with details provided in the attached PDF notice.
