Polish municipalities launch new public nurseries in Czorsztyn and Wołomin

Gmina Czorsztyn completed its first municipal nursery in Kluszkowce, funded with more than 2 million zł from the "Active Child" programme and a near‑1.8 million zł local contribution. Registrations for the 32‑place centre open in July, accepting children from 20 weeks up to three years old and also welcoming families from neighbouring gminas.

In Wołomin, construction of the town’s first public nursery on Fieldorfa 22 is underway. The municipality announced an open, competitive recruitment for the position of Director of Public Nursery No 1, requiring higher‑education qualifications and at least three years of relevant experience. Applications must be submitted by 10 July 2026, with interviews scheduled for 15 July 2026.
