Polish municipalities receive AI labs and programming kits for schools

Five primary schools in the Olszewo‑Borki municipality will receive modern artificial‑intelligence laboratories funded through the Krajowy Plan Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności. Each kit, valued at over 776,000 zł in total, includes laptops for pupils and teachers, an AI‑capable workstation, a 75‑inch interactive monitor, HD cameras with microphones, networking equipment, a mobile charging cabinet and dedicated software, provided under an agreement between the Ministry of Digitalisation and the local authority.

In the neighboring Sanok municipality, two kindergartens in Jurowce and Niebieszczany have been supplied with digital‑learning tools as part of the "Zdrowo – cyfrowo w przedszkolu II" project. The equipment, worth 12,732 zł, comprises Bee‑Bot educational robots, BOTZEES Classic programming sets, Makeblock kits and interactive educational mats. Almost all funding (12,150 zł) also comes from the same national recovery plan, aiming to build early digital competencies among young children.
