Polish municipalities launch local housing and infrastructure initiatives
Various Polish municipalities and regional governments are implementing local development and housing initiatives. In Suwałki, the “Działki budowlane dla młodych” program offers a 50% discount on building plots to residents under 40 to encourage local settlement. Additionally, Pabianice is considering a long-term loan for the thermal modernization of its Civil Registry Office, while legislative discussions in the Sejm aim to limit extreme discounts on the sale of municipal apartments.
