Religious vows and community meetings in Poland
In Morasku, three Missionary Sisters—Anastazja Miszkura, Anna Grygorcewicz, and Monika Klima—made their perpetual religious vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. The ceremony took place during the Eucharist at the local parish church on August 15, 2026, presided over by Bishop Robert Chrząszcz, the KEP Delegate for Polish Emigration Pastoral Care.
In his homily, Bishop Chrząszcz addressed the themes of bonds and leaving one's family to serve God. He noted that while religious life involves a painful separation from biological relatives, it is not a rejection of them but a fulfillment of a divine mission, comparable to the experiences of Mary and Jesus.
Separately, Catholic Radio Podlasie announced upcoming meetings with listeners in Maciejowice and Górzno. The parish in Maciejowice features a church with a complex history, including construction between 1772 and 1780 and later neo-Gothic renovations by Leonard Marconi.
