Polish parishes observe Holy Week and Easter liturgical traditions

Parishes in Poland are observing the traditions of Holy Week and the Easter Triduum. In Bogatynia, the St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish held its Easter Vigil, the culminating liturgy of the Holy Triduum, featuring the rite of light, the liturgy of the word, and the eucharistic liturgy.

In Chorzów, St. Lawrence Parish has outlined a schedule for Holy Week activities, including confession services, a traditional Way of the Cross at the Upper Silesian Ethnographic Park Museum, and the Mass of the Lord's Supper. The parish also noted specific observances such as the Novena of Divine Mercy and adoration at the Holy Sepulchre.
