Polish People's Party rejects joint electoral lists with Civic Coalition
The Polish People's Party (PSL) has announced it will not run on joint electoral lists with the Civic Coalition (KO) in the upcoming 2027 parliamentary elections. PSL Deputy Leader Urszula Pasławska stated that the party intends to maintain its identity as a centrist, more conservative formation, noting that the Civic Coalition has shifted significantly toward the left.
Regarding potential political shifts, Pasławska expressed skepticism about Szymon Hołownia appearing on PSL lists, though she described him as an unusual figure. She also commented on the future of the Polska 2050 party, suggesting changes may occur due to recent narrative shifts within that group. Additionally, Pasławska criticized the Rozwój Plus movement, characterizing it as a minor version of Law and Justice (PiS).
