Polish players advance to quarterfinals at ATP Challenger in Zug

Filip Pieczonka of Poland, partnering British player Joshua Paris, won their first‑round match 6‑4, 3‑6, 12‑10 to reach the quarter‑finals of the ATP 125 Challenger in Zug, Switzerland. Their opponents were the Spanish‑Italian pair Max Alcala Gurri and Raul Brancaccio.

In a separate first‑round match, the Polish‑Spanish duo of Szymon Walków and Sergio Martos Gornes defeated the Romanian team Mircea‑Alexandru Jecan and Bogdan Pawel 3‑6, 6‑4, 14‑12, also advancing to the Zug quarter‑finals. Both Polish teams can now meet each other in the next round.
