Polish players battle at the Enea Poznań Open tennis tournament
The Enea Poznań Open, held at the Olimpia Tennis Park in Poznań, featured four Polish competitors in the singles draw. Only 22‑year‑old Maks Kaśnikowski progressed to the second round, defeating Italy's Lorenzo Giustino after resuming a rain‑delayed match with a 6‑4, 7‑6 (7‑1) win. The other Polish players—Alan Ważny, Daniel Michalski and Tomasz Berkieta—were eliminated in the first round.
In doubles, the Polish pair Aleksander Błuś and Jan Sadzik advanced to the quarter‑finals, while other home players also took part in mixed teams. The event offered free admission and highlighted the participation of local talent alongside international opponents from Italy, Brazil, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
