Polish police conduct road safety training for preschoolers
Police officers in Poland are conducting educational programs to improve pedestrian safety among young children. In Żywiec, officers visit preschools and first-grade classes to teach children how to cross roads correctly, how to walk when there are no sidewalks, and how to call for emergency assistance.
In Radomsko, officers held a session at a road safety town for local preschool students and their parents. The program included practical exercises to help children recognize traffic signs and understand safe road behavior. As part of the ‘Lead by Example! Wear Reflectors!’ campaign, children were provided with reflective elements to increase their visibility during the darker autumn months. Officers also emphasized the importance of parents modeling safe habits for their children.
