Polish police conduct safety education for children

Police officers in Poland are conducting educational and preventive sessions for young students to improve safety awareness and crisis response.

In Kamień Pomorski, officers from the District Police Command, alongside the State Fire Service, held a training session for students at Primary School No. 2. The training focused on the ‘4U’ principle: ‘Uważaj, Uciekaj, Ukryj się, Udaremnij atak’ (Watch, Run, Hide, Defeat the attack), teaching children how to recognize danger and remain calm during emergencies.

In Stare Jabłonki, police visited a local municipal kindergarten as part of the ‘Childhood Without Violence’ national campaign organized by the Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę. The session taught children how to interact safely with strangers, recognize concerning behaviors in others, and identify trusted adults to seek help from during difficult situations.
