Polish police hold community fitness drill in Warsaw and shooting qualification in Zawiercie
The Warsaw Metropolitan Police organized an open‑air training session for residents on a city square, offering warm‑up, strength and endurance exercises, as well as information on police recruitment. The event was free, required no prior registration and allowed participants to converse directly with officers about duties and the selection process.
Separately, police officers from the Zawiercie district attended a live‑fire training at the Sosnowiec shooting range. The session focused on improving accuracy and handling of service‑type short firearms, with participants drawn from patrol, criminal, and traffic units. Instructors evaluated performance and provided feedback on shooting technique and safety.
