Polish police honor officer killed in line of duty

Polish law enforcement agencies and local communities held ceremonies to honor 29-year-old Sub-commissioner Natan Sieroń, who was killed in the line of duty. Sieroń, who served in the criminal department of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters, was shot during an intervention in Kraśnik Górny.

To mark the occasion, police sirens were sounded at noon in various cities across Poland as a symbolic tribute. In the Mazovian region, officials including Deputy Provincial Commander Inspector Paweł Herbuś led ceremonies at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Radom. The tributes included moments of silence and were attended by representatives from various uniformed services, including firefighters, municipal guards, and Border Guard officers.
