Polish police officers honored in Wrocław, Wąbrzeźno and Wołomin

District police sergeant Rafał Stefaniak of the Wrocław‑Stare Miasto precinct received a written thank‑you from a resident for his professionalism and calm handling of a neighbour dispute. In Wąbrzeźno, Police Day celebrations under the patronage of the Bydgoszcz regional commander saw 26 officers awarded promotions and commendations for exemplary service, marking the centenary of the district‑police system. In Wołomin, Sub‑inspector Zbignig Pucelak discussed recent operational challenges, including heat‑related incidents, a forest fire, and false alarms, and outlined plans for a new police headquarters as the county police continue to safeguard the community.
