Polish Police Union demands fulfillment of MSWiA agreement

The Main Board of the NSZZ Policjantów union has issued a resolution demanding that the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) fulfill obligations established in an agreement dated March 6, 2025. The union stated that several key provisions remain unfulfilled, including the implementation of the ‘Karta Rodziny Mundurowej’ program and adjustments to service bonuses.

Specifically, the union is calling for an increase in service bonuses between ranks and the establishment of a minimum 10 percent service bonus relative to basic remuneration and rank bonuses, similar to models used in the Border Guard. The union noted that while some issues, such as housing benefits, have been resolved, the failure to meet other commitments may lead to the resumption of nationwide protest actions.
