Ringier Axel Springer Poland (RASP) states that systematic extraction of content, data or information from its Zapytaj portal using robots, web crawlers, software tools or any automated method is prohibited without prior explicit consent. The notice, which appears on multiple question pages, references the Digital Services Act and warns that such activities are illegal. The policy applies to all users accessing the Polish Q&A platform.

The restriction is aimed at preventing unauthorized data mining and the training of machine‑learning models using the site’s material.
