Polish Presidential Kitchen Secures 500,000 Zloty Fresh Produce Tender

The Office of the President of Poland announced a public tender to supply fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs and mushrooms to the presidential kitchens, including the Chancellery on ul. Wiejska, the Presidential Palace and the Belweder residences. The contract, valued at up to 515,970 złoty, will run for two years and covers 214 distinct items, ranging from standard Polish produce to exotic ingredients such as karambola, kumquat, shimeji mushrooms and wild broccoli.

All deliveries will be overseen by the State Protection Service (SOP), which must verify drivers' personal data and inspect vehicles and storage conditions. Failure to obtain a positive SOP assessment can lead to contract termination. The procurement aims to ensure high‑quality, safe food for the president’s meals.
