From 25 – 29 May, pupils of Primary School No. 1 in Żary visited the Auschwitz‑Birkenau memorial, toured the Wieliczka Salt Mine, spent a day at Energylandia amusement park and explored historic Old Kraków, combining remembrance, cultural education and leisure activities.

On 3 June, students of a public Catholic primary school concluded the “Mały Lasowiaczek” project with a visit to the Museum of Folk Culture in Kolbuszowa, where they examined historic village exhibits and took part in a calligraphy workshop that highlighted traditional crafts and past schooling methods.
