Polish Radio Stations Share Garlic Cream Soup Recipes

Two Polish local radio stations, Radio 90 and Radio Jura, published detailed recipes for a garlic cream soup with crunchy croutons on their websites. The recipe calls for garlic, onion, young potatoes, butter, broth, spices such as bay leaf and allspice, optional cream, and toasted bread seasoned with mustard and thyme for the croutons.

Both stations describe the same preparation steps: sauté garlic and onion in butter, add diced potatoes, simmer in hot broth with spices until the potatoes break down, blend to a smooth consistency, season, and optionally stir in cream. For the croutons, butter is mixed with mustard and thyme, tossed with bread cubes, and baked until golden. Radio 90 lists its broadcast area including Cieszyn, Jastrzębie‑Zdrój and other Silesian towns, while Radio Jura is based in Częstochowa. The shared recipe aims to engage listeners with home cooking ideas.
