Polish cooking tips showcase yogurt-battered chicken cutlets and French-style green beans

One guide proposes replacing the traditional breadcrumb coating for chicken cutlets with a thick yogurt batter. The mixture combines Greek yogurt, whole egg, egg yolks, potato starch and spices such as garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. After coating the fillets, the meat should rest for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours in the refrigerator, to stay moist and develop flavor before pan‑frying.

Another guide outlines a French‑style method for preparing green beans. Instead of boiling, the beans are first sautéed with onion and garlic in butter or oil, then a small amount of water is added and the vegetables are gently steamed for four to five minutes. The technique preserves the beans’ natural taste, and the recipe can be finished with a pinch of salt, lemon juice, or beurre noisette (brown butter) for added richness.
