Polish restaurant chains TukTuk and Polski Stół open new locations in Gdańsk and Konin

Thai street‑food brand TukTuk, now owned by Thai Wok, opened its latest outlet in the revitalised Hala Targowa food hall in Gdańsk. Director Bartosz Brusikiewicz said the venue will bring authentic Thai flavors to the Tricity and is part of a broader expansion that began with a 2024 acquisition and a 2025 opening in Sopocie.

Polski Stół, a brand in the Gastromall Group portfolio, opened its fourth self‑operated restaurant on 31 July in the Galeria nad Jeziorem shopping centre in Konin. The concept emphasizes traditional Polish home cooking, using the “grandma’s kitchen” narrative to attract shoppers in high‑traffic food‑court locations.

Both openings illustrate the continued growth of Polish food‑service chains that target modern food‑hall environments and aim to broaden their market presence across the country.
