Polish series 'Ranczo' returns with new 11th season and revamped cast

After a ten‑year gap, the popular Polish comedy‑drama "Ranczo" is back with an 11th season titled "Ranczo: Zemsta wiedźm," slated to run for six episodes. Filming is under way, with many original stars such as Cezary Żak, Katarzyna Żak, Artur Barciś, Jacek Kawalec, Violetta Arlak, Piotr Ligienza, Magdalena Kuta and Bartłomiej Kasprzykowski confirming their return.

The production also welcomed several newcomers, including Daniel Olbrychski, Andrzej Seweryn, Dorota Stalińska, Katarzyna Maciąg and the Chapko sisters. Actress Magdalena Kuta, who plays the beloved character Lodzia, posted a photo showing a markedly different hairstyle and wardrobe, prompting fans to comment that they barely recognised her.

A recently released behind‑the‑scenes video captured Cezary Żak and Ilona Ostrowska (Lucy) on set, with Ostrowska greeting viewers in Hungarian, hinting at possible language elements in the upcoming episodes. The clip generated enthusiastic reactions from the audience, who praised the cast’s energy and expressed excitement for the new season.
