Polish singer Skolim opens Willa Drako pension in Międzyzdroje

Konrad "Skolim" Skolimowski, a leading Polish disco‑polo performer, has expanded his personal brand by opening a small hotel called Willa Drako in the seaside town of Międzyzdroje on the Baltic coast. The pension offers double, triple and family apartments, each equipped with private bathrooms, TV, fridge, kettle and free Wi‑Fi, and some rooms include balconies.

Seasonal pricing varies widely: a two‑night stay in a double room with balcony during the peak summer season costs about 1,119 zł, while a triple room is around 2,000 zł for the same period. Off‑season rates drop to roughly 150–300 zł per night for standard rooms, with larger apartments ranging from 490 to 850 zł per night. The venue also sells Skolim‑branded merchandise, such as clothing and perfume, on site. Industry experts note that the prices are typical for coastal accommodation in Poland and reflect normal supply‑and‑demand dynamics rather than a premium brand markup.
