Polish ski jumper Kacper Tomasiak to debut in summer Grand Prix

Nineteen‑year‑old Olympic medalist Kacper Tomasiak confirmed he will compete in the first summer Grand Prix events in Wiśle on 1‑2 August. He entered the summer season after winning the International Memorial of Olympians Józef Przybyła in Szczyrk, beating rivals Paweł Wąsek and Kamil Waszek. Tomasiak said his schedule will be adjusted based on form and training conditions, and that the winter season remains his primary focus. He also noted the support of new Polish Ski Association coordinator Stefan Horngacher, describing him as a reliable source of advice and assistance.

Tomasiak acknowledged the psychological strain following his recent fall in Vikersund, but said he recovered during the off‑season and feels rested for the upcoming summer competitions.
