Polish space sector conducts economic mission to Czech Republic
The Polish Space Industry Employers Association, in collaboration with the Czech Space Alliance, organized an economic mission to the Czech Republic from October 20 to 22, 2026. The mission aimed to strengthen ties between the two nations' space sectors.
During the mission, participants held a Czech-Polish Space Industry Day at the Czech Space Agency headquarters in Prague. The event included presentations from the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology, alongside the Polish Space Agency. The delegation also conducted B2B meetings and visited various technological centers and manufacturing facilities in Prague and Brno, including companies such as ADVACAM, VZLU Aerospace, and Frentech Aerospace.
Separately, the Center for Space Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences is organizing a scientific conference in Warsaw on November 24, 2026. Titled “Half a Century of Polish Space Experiments. What Next?”, the event commemorates 50 years of Polish scientific participation in international space missions, tracing the history from the Interkosmos program to current collaborations with the European Space Agency.
