Polish speedway clubs Polonia Bydgoszcz and Stal Gorzów report season developments

Polonia Bydgoszcz’s junior squad kept its lead in the Metalliga 2 junior standings, with riders such as Jakub Żurek, Paweł Sitek and others delivering strong point totals that left the team well ahead of rivals. The club recorded multiple high‑scoring heats and accumulated over ten "expected" points in the latest round, reaffirming its dominance among junior teams.

Stal Gorzów’s campaign was disrupted by a series of injuries to key riders, including Jack Holder, Oskar Paluch and others, which the club’s manager Władysław Komarnicki said cost them a playoff place. Komarnicki also claimed that six‑time world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik had expressed a desire to return to his home club this season, a move that could have boosted Gorzów’s title hopes had it materialised.
