Polish sports stars Bartosz Zmarzlik and Kacper Formela in the spotlight

Bartosz Zmarzlik, captain of the Polish speedway team, leads the Grand Prix standings and is on course for a possible seventh individual world title, a record in the sport. Former world vice‑champion Krzysztof Kasprzak praised Zmarzlik’s rare natural talent, saying a rider of his caliber appears only once every two or three decades and cannot be replicated.

Kacper Formela, a 27‑year‑old MMA fighter from Wejherowo, has competed for KSW, FEN and ACB. A former champion in the feather‑weight division of Fight Exclusive Night, he holds a professional record that includes wins in multiple weight classes and appearances for Cage Warriors in Wales. Formela is known as the “Polish Machida” and continues to train with Mighty Bulls Gdynia.
