Polish State Railways lists apartments for sale starting below 100,000 zł

Polish State Railways (PKP S.A.) has placed a range of residential properties and buildings on the market through public tenders. Opening bids start at about 95,000 zł for a 62‑m² flat in the village of Lisów and range up to 155,000‑226,000 zł for apartments in Częstochowa, Siechnice, and Sosnowiec.

Prospective buyers must provide a deposit of 5‑10 % of the opening price and compete in an auction, meaning the final price can exceed the initial offer. Most of the units need extensive renovation, with additional expenses for heating systems, windows, flooring and interior work. The listings are published on PKP’s website as part of a plan to liquidate surplus railway real‑estate assets.
