Polish State Treasury and Forest Authority Issue Legal Notice on Property Rights in Warsaw West County

The State Treasury, represented by the State Forests’ Nadleśnictwo Jabłonna, has published a public notice seeking individuals who may hold ownership, co‑ownership, perpetual usufruct, limited real‑property rights, or related claims to ten forest parcels located in the Warsaw West County (powiat warszawski zachodni). The law firm Drembkowski & Partners, acting for Dr Paweł Drembkowski as the State’s attorney, invites claimants, heirs, legal successors, or anyone with reliable information to submit documentation within three months of the posting. Submissions must identify the specific parcel, provide the claimant’s details and supporting documents such as land‑registry extracts, notarial deeds, court judgments, inheritance certificates or administrative decisions, and be sent to the Nadleśnictwo Jabłonna office in Jabłonna.

The notice clarifies that the deadline does not extinguish any rights, nor does a lack of response constitute acceptance of the State’s position. The legal basis for the procedure is article 35 § 1 points 1 and 2a of the Act of 28 September (year unspecified).
