Polish State Treasury and Forest Authority Issue Legal Notice on Property Rights in Warsaw West County

The State Treasury, represented by the State Forests’ Nadleśnictwo Jabłonna, has published a public notice seeking individuals who may hold ownership, co‑ownership, perpetual usufruct, limited real‑property rights, or related claims to ten forest parcels located in the Warsaw West County (powiat warszawski zachodni). The law firm Drembkowski & Partners, acting for Dr Paweł Drembkowski as the State’s attorney, invites claimants, heirs, legal successors, or anyone with reliable information to submit documentation within three months of the posting.
