Polish teen murder investigations: Gabrysi and Maja cases

Sixteen‑year‑old Gabrysi was found dead in a rented flat on Polna Street in Biała Podlaska. Police say her 19‑year‑old boyfriend Dominik, a high‑school graduate, attacked her with a knife, inflicting multiple stab wounds to her neck and chest. He has been charged with murder and faces a possible life sentence. Gabrysi's funeral will be held on 13 June at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Leśna and she will be interred in Leśna Podlaska.

Sixteen‑year‑old Maja from Mława was discovered murdered near the local train station after leaving home on 23 April 2025. Surveillance footage captured the violent assault in a workshop belonging to the suspect’s family. The video is described as extremely graphic; her mother, Sylwia, said, “I do not want to watch the recording.” Seventeen‑year‑old Bartosz G., a friend of Maja, was arrested in Greece, extradited to Poland and is awaiting trial. Authorities say the footage provides strong evidence of his involvement.
