Polish towns acquire land for new community facilities

The municipality of Racibórz approved the purchase of two undeveloped parcels totaling 0.32 ha on Srebrna Street to expand a planned sports field. The acquisition, aimed at consolidating land for a new recreational facility, follows a council resolution and includes provisions for future development under the local zoning plan.

In the neighboring region, the Gmina of Debrzno announced the sale of residential‑type land parcels designated for single‑family housing. The local administration highlighted the opportunity for private buyers to acquire the plots, which are part of a broader effort to develop the area’s housing stock.
