Polish towns announce municipal land sales through public tender
The municipality of Pisz (Warmian‑Masurian Voivodeship) released a public notice on 22 June 2026 listing several city‑owned, undeveloped land parcels for sale by tender. The parcels range from 1 379 m² to 2 380 m² with prices between 276 000 zł and 478 000 zł plus 23 % VAT. The sale will be concluded by notarial deed after the tender, and interested parties have six weeks from the posting (23 June – 14 July 2026) to submit applications. Priority for acquisition is granted under article 34 (1) of the 1997 Property Management Act.
Similarly, the town of Jasło (Subcarpathian Voivodeship) published a list of municipal properties slated for exchange, also under the 1997 Property Management Act and a council resolution dated 19 May 2026. The notice, posted from 23 June to 14 July 2026, provides details on the parcels, the procedure for submitting acquisition requests within six weeks, and contact information for the city office. Both municipalities cite the same legal framework and emphasize that the transactions will be carried out through publicly announced tenders or exchanges.
