Polish towns Bochnia and Bielsko‑Biała launch local photography contests
The town of Bochnia announced a free, open‑to‑all photography competition tied to the upcoming Enea IRONMAN 70.3 event on 2 August 2026. Participants may submit up to three images captured on the race day, showing athletes, spectators, volunteers, residents and families. Submissions in JPG, JPEG or PNG must be sent by 9 August to the municipal address.
In Bielsko‑Biała, the Dom Kultury im. Wiktorii Kubisz (Kubiszówka) opened a contest focused on the Górne Przedmieście district. The competition invites photos of the area’s architecture, senior residents and cultural life, with three judging categories. Entries are accepted until 16 August via e‑mail.
Both contests aim to document local life and encourage community participation through photography.
