Polish towns host community sports festivals in Dębno and Zduńska Wola
On 2 August 2026, the town of Dębno organized the family sports festival “Na Sportowo” under the patronage of the mayor and council. The event, run by the village head, the local council and the women’s circle, offered sports competitions, free inflatables for children, helicopter sightseeing flights, a performance by the regional band Porąbcoki, a concert and dance led by Józef Świstak, and a charity collection for Sławomir Pawluk.
Two days later, on 4 August 2026, Zduńska Wola held the second edition of Punk & Ramp, a city sports festival on Plac Wolności. Participants used ramps for skateboards, rollerblades, BMX bikes, attended workshops, and explored graffiti and break‑dance zones. Evening concerts featured the Dutch group March and California punk legend Good Riddance. The festival was financed from the municipal budget.
