Polish towns Stare Babice and Kamienna Góra announce municipal land sales

The Gmina Stare Babice published a public notice offering a 360 m² undeveloped plot in the Koczargi Stare district for sale without a tender. The base price is 38,000 zł, to which 23 % VAT is added. A 30 % discount reduces the net price to 24,700 zł, with the gross amount after VAT amounting to 30,381 zł. Interested parties have six weeks from the posting date to submit applications.

The town of Kamienna Góra announced a limited oral tender for two adjacent, undeveloped parcels (numbers 152/1 and 152/2) totaling 75 m² on Wałbrzyska Street. The tender will be held on 30 June 2026 at 09:00 in the municipal office. The starting price is 10,000 zł net, subject to a 23 % VAT surcharge. Participants must submit a 1,000 zł deposit by 23 June 2026.
