Polish training conferences attract coaches and business trainers in 2025

The second edition of the Handball Performance conference took place on 11–12 July in Piotrków Trybunalski, gathering 125 coaches, sport scientists and physiotherapists from ORLEN Superliga men’s and women’s clubs. Speakers included former national team coach Patryk Rombel and conditioning expert Łukasz Wicha, who presented practical approaches to defensive systems and micro‑cycle planning. Organizer Konrad Szczukocki praised the event, saying it created a “super space for knowledge exchange and networking”.

Later in the year, the Polish Business Trainers Association will host its Autumn Meeting on 4–5 October 2025 at Folwark Zgierz. The two‑day program offers evidence‑based workshops led by Alan Kuś on effective training processes, a lecture by Sławomir Jarmuż on humility in training, and a session with Krzysztof Sobieraj on cultural differences in collaborative work. The event targets business coaches, HR and L&D professionals seeking certification and practical tools.
