Polish TV personalities Aneta Zając and Marcelina Zawadzka discuss body image struggles

Actress Aneta Zając, known for her long‑running role in "Pierwsza miłość," revealed that her recent weight loss resulted from a combination of dietary changes, increased protein intake, regular Pilates, figure skating, gym work and medical supervision. She said doctors warned her that previous extreme detoxes were harmful and emphasized the importance of sleep and reducing simple carbs.

Former Miss Poland Marcelina Zawadzka, now a TV presenter and influencer, spoke about lifelong insecurities related to her bust size. She told followers that modeling agencies repeatedly pressured her to lose weight, yet her larger bust was still cited as a barrier to high‑profile runway work. Zawadzka added that pregnancy intensified the issue, prompting her to favor more functional sports‑style lingerie.

Both women highlighted the broader pressures faced by women in the entertainment industry regarding appearance and health.
