Polish universities hold supplementary recruitment for various degree programs

Supplementary recruitment processes are currently underway at various Polish universities for students who did not secure placement during the first round of admissions.

Technical and social science programs remain available at several institutions. The Warsaw University of Technology is conducting additional recruitment for selected first-cycle programs, including automation, robotics, and industrial informatics, until August 24, 2026. Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń has opened recruitment for over 60 courses, such as chemistry, economics, and mathematics, with deadlines extending to September 18. The University of Bialystok is also offering spots in fields like computer physics, sociology, and international relations through mid-September.

In the medical sector, opportunities are more limited due to high competition from a large cohort of graduates. While some institutions like the Medical University of Białystok and the University of Opole have closed first-cycle admissions, they are preparing for second-cycle (Master's) recruitment. The Wroclaw Medical University has initiated a second round of recruitment, though many spots were filled in the initial stage. Other available medical-related fields include dietetics, cosmetology, and emergency medical services.
