Motorola launches Global Connect roaming app in Poland

Motorola has released the Global Connect application in Poland, designed to help smartphone users reduce international roaming costs. Developed in collaboration with Gigs, the app allows users to purchase prepaid data packages via eSIM for use in over 160 countries, including support for 5G technology.

The service functions by creating a dedicated eSIM profile for data transmission, allowing users to maintain their original phone number and physical SIM card for calls and texts. Users can select specific data packages based on their destination and needs, with all costs displayed upfront before purchase. The packages are one-time use and do not renew automatically.

To utilize the service, users must possess a compatible Motorola smartphone that supports eSIM technology. The app is available for download via Google Play.
