Polish volleyball players compete in domestic and international matches

The AL-KO Polish Women's Volleyball Super Cup is set to take place in Częstochowa over a weekend, featuring a new format where women's matches are held on Saturday and men's matches on Sunday. The event serves as a significant test for Lavarini's national team players, with PGE Budowlani Łódź aiming for a triple crown after winning the Polish Cup and the TAURON Women's League last season.

In Brazil, Polish players are also making headlines in the domestic league. Magdalena Stysiak earned MVP honors after a dominant performance for Gerdau/Minas, scoring 25 points in a 3-1 victory. Meanwhile, Julia Nowicka contributed to a 3-0 win for Gerdau/Minas against Paulistano Barueri, though her performance drew scrutiny following tactical substitutions by her coach.
