Polish volunteer fire brigades acquire new rescue vehicles
The volunteer fire brigade in Cedry Wielkie announced the sale of a specialized 2013 Ford Transit SLRt fire‑rescue vehicle, equipped with a 1000‑litre water tank, foam system, lighting mast and other firefighting gear. The vehicle, with only 28,412 km on the odometer, is listed for 150,000 zł.
In Łubowo, the local volunteer fire brigade received a brand‑new Scania 370B4X4HZ rescue unit. Built on a Scania chassis and fitted by SZCZĘŚNIAK Pojazdy, the truck features all‑wheel drive, a 10‑ton electric winch, a 5,000‑litre water tank, foam capacity, high‑output pumps and LED lighting, substantially upgrading the brigade’s firefighting capabilities.
