Polish women's volleyball team drops to sixth in Nations League

Poland's women's volleyball squad finished the first week of the Nations League with three victories and a 1‑3 loss to China in Nanjing. The defeat moved the "Biało‑Czerwone" from a leading position to sixth place in the standings, behind China and the unbeaten Italians, with seven points total.

Coach Stefano Lavarini will adjust the roster ahead of the next tournament stage in Bangkok, where Poland will face Bulgaria, Ukraine, the Netherlands and Canada. The squad will see the return of injured middle‑blocker Martyna Czyrniańska after she missed the Nanjing matches.
